Once again, it was so wonderful to see so many of you at the One Vision Leadership Convention this past weekend. Together, we created an amazing event! We here at corporate are elated at all of the new announcements made at the event. By creating a business-minded and product-driven plan with the best support tools and systems available, we have eliminated the need for any “back doors” to our future growth and success!

CONVENTION HIGHLIGHTS
Although the One Vision Leadership Convention featured an array of speakers, entertainment, drawings, new videos, recognition, community stands, training, breakout classes, stories and excitement, there were a few highlights about the event to make mention of:

International Representation
ForeverGreen hosted a number of guests from not only the United States and Canada, but also from our Japan, Australia/New Zealand and Mexico markets! In addition to the One Vision Leadership Convention that took place April 16-18, 2009 in Utah primarily for our US/CAN markets, more high-powered training events and leadership conferences have been and are going on around the world as part of the 2009 One Vision Tour. Before the US event, Ron conducted this tour in Mexico, and is traveling to Australia and Tasmania this week, with plans to make a tour stop in Japan next!

Azul
We officially announced our new lead-product Azul! Azul is a natural, delicious powdered drink containing marine phytoplankton, high antioxidant super fruits and even microencapsulated probiotics. Azul is made from a proprietary process known as ‘pop granulation’, which happens after ingredients are air-dried at room temperature. This process maintains the nutrients and taste of these delicious super fruit ingredients without using any preservatives or pasteurization. With all of its super ingredients, Azul has an incredibly high antioxidant ORAC value of 14,800 per 100 grams! Azul is packaged in convenient, marketing-sized individual packets that are lightweight, cost-effective to ship, and environmentally friendly. Azul packets are made from a plant-based, biodegradable material and are then packaged in boxes made from post-consumer recycled materials! We have also created a “Truth” brochure that features and highlights marine phytoplankton and the other ingredients in Azul, as well as a cost comparison with Azul to other juices, and more. What a great marketing piece!

Member Benefits
We had two speakers come onstage to talk about healthcare and tax benefits that will be soon be offered through ForeverGreen for our Members. Stay tuned to these communications for more information on how you can take advantage of these benefits!

Global NFR Program
Brenda Huang introduced the new ForeverGreen No Fences NFR program, which is a shipping and payment method that will allow us to be able to market Azul in a Not for Resale model to almost any country in the world! Azul has been formulated and packaged in a way that it can be sent to multiple countries as we develop our ForeverGreen businesses across the world. Start looking into ways that you can globalize your business with Azul! More information on this program will be communicated soon.

The Money Tree Compensation Plan
Ron Williams and Brenda Huang introduced the new ForeverGreen Money Tree Compensation Plan. We introduced a new compensation plan video called “Ty Climbs the Money Tree” that explains the basic Money Tree Plan before going into the details of the new plan. Currently we offer a four-page compensation overview flyer and a more detailed compensation plan booklet to help you learn the new plan quickly and easily.

ForeverGreen Power Tools
We were so excited to bring an industry-leading online tool company to the stage to demonstrate and explain the new ForeverGreen Power Tools! They have created a back office for ForeverGreen that includes ways to communicate with your downline and creates reports and information that will revolutionize how you run, manage, and grow your business. These new tools, in addition to the new Money Tree Plan and Azul, will create a limitless business opportunity for everyone, with no reason to fail. In fact, these tools will be FREE to those who are on autoship! We are very excited about these tools, and will be communicating more information in the next few weeks.

RANK QUALIFICATION UPDATE

As announced in the past week or two, we have now decided to extend your rank qualification for grandfathering in the new compensation plan through April! When we switch to the new and improved compensation plan, you will be grandfathered into the highest rank you have achieved throughout February, March and April 2009 for the first 90 days*.

But wait! Originally only offered to convention attendees, ForeverGreen has decided to extend out the entire field the opportunity to advance even one more rank in the new compensation plan for 90 days by purchasing 1000 points or more in the calendar month of April. So, purchase 1000 points by the end of the month and set yourself up to start out in the new compensation plan at the highest rank possible for 90 days*!

*Your grandfathered status in the new compensation plan will qualify you for commissions and matching bonuses for that rank. This will not include car bonuses, rank-specific pools, or any other rank-specific incentives. Once you do qualify for the same rank within the new compensation plan, you will begin receiving these rank-specific incentives.

The New Graphical Tree is Here!
In your back office, under the “My Business” tab, you will now find a tab called “Graphical Tree”!

The tree comes complete with a legend that explains the colors and icons found in the report, as well as the ability to select a Distributor ID in your downline to focus your report on. A set of graphs will display your previous QV or OV in comparison to your current QV or OV.

These graphs and other pertinent information (including contact information) will be displayed when you click on a given Member icon. If you “hover” over one of these icons, you will get a little box pop-up that displays the Member name and their QV, CV and OV for the current month.

You are still able to select between either the sponsor tree or the enroller tree, and there is even a very useful “magic” check box that will restrict your view to only legs that have OV, so you can focus on legs that are active in your business in a given time. Also, the “Next Level’” button allows you to expand your entire tree one level at a time as you choose.

Please note that this is a preview version, similar to the “pre-launch” of our compensation plan and products. It is real and it works, but it will continue to be refined in the coming days and weeks as needed. However, we wanted to give you the best things we can as quickly as we can! Feel free to play around with it and let us know your experience!


Additional Online Updates
As you have probably noticed, we have made some changes and updates to your replicated websites that are sure to help you maximize navigation, including new tabs, added cosmetic appeal and more!

We are also excited to announce some enhancements to your online shopping cart that include a search feature, a list feature, and other tweaks that will help you through the ordering process smoothly and effectively.

Now, you have a link in your web office that allows you to sign up a new recruit while you are logged into your account! The link is found at the bottom of your “My Account” tab. Once you have completed the application, you will remain logged into your account, and not the new Member account.

And, new last week, our online sign-up process has been simplified. This new, two-page sign-up process will be sure to help your prospective Members join the ForeverGreen Family quickly and easily!

Trimming Down
In an effort to create a simpler business for you in the past year, we have decided to trim down our product line by discontinuing some products that rank lower on the sales charts. Because we now have an array of delicious cleansing products across our catalog and brand lines, we have decided to discontinue the X-Odus cleanse product. We appreciate your understanding, as you are able to continue working your business with a simpler product catalog moving forward.


Thunder Now Has a New Look!
We have now reworked the label for your favorite chocolate meal replacement, Thunder, so that it is consistent with the new look for the Brain Garden line. Enjoy the same great taste and nutrients of the product you love with a new look. Thunder with the updated labels began shipping last week.


Big News for Our Canadian Members!
Recently, we changed the default Canadian Shipping to ground service with an option to upgrade to Express service at an additional cost. Due to some hard work from ForeverGreen’s amazing operations department, all Canadian orders will now be shipped Express at basically the same rates as ground shipping! With a newly negotiated 35% average shipping discount on Express service, Canadians will now receive their products fast with little or no added cost. These rates for this same service are unseen and unheard of in this industry!
