My Emotional Why

I sat last night and wrote the following in my journal:

November 26th, 2007, 12:06am

I just finished a good day of web work by watching Tony Robbins speak about "Your Emotional Why".

Naturally, I began to reflect on that very thing and here is what I have come up with:

The Aquarian Age will be fully upon us in 5 years. According to the astrological ages, the Aquarian Age will be ruled by awareness, intuition, wisdom (lived knowledge), experience and… Continue

Healthy Emotional Expression

Emotions are valuable tools. They serve as guides for us in this journey through life. If we are feeling sadness, anger or any other emotion normally considered as uncomfortable or negative we are being given the opportunity to learn. Our emotions are our guideposts. By exploring these emotions we can find the source of them. By finding the source of those emotions we can identify what we…

Energy

Today I walked in the house to make lunch, and the television momentarily caught my attention. One of the major soft drink brands was advertising a version of its beverage with more caffeine and an added dose of ginseng to boot. There is an obsession with energy right now. There are new energy drinks on the market all the time. Is this a by product of what our lives have become? Technology was supposed to free us.…

My Introduction to Yoga

This month at The Great Turtle Mystery School I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga for the first time. It was an amazing experience, and I had no idea what a positive effect that it would have. I could feel my life force pulsing through my body. At the end of the movements, sitting in the silence movies began to play in my head. I could remember being born, and in the darkness I saw a door that emanated light. I knew that this is the door I am opening now. I am stepping into a path of beauty.

Hmmm

We have always yearned to experience What We Are- and that requires a whole other aspect of divinity, called doing.

My very first blog!

Well I have never done this so i'm not sure where to start. I think I will just start where I am. Around May 2007 I purchased a program off of the cable tv called "The Secret". After reading the description, I still wasn't sure what it was about. I ordered it anyway. At first it seemed similar to other self-help programs I had seen in the past, you know the "you can have anything you want" or the "you can be anything you want to be". As I continued to watch, I couldn't believe what I was… Continue

Thought of the Day !!!!!

"Beingness is the highest state of existance. It is the purest essence. It is the ' now-notnow,' the ' all-notall,' the 'always-never,' aspect of God." Pg. 101

Life can change in an instant!!!

Two weeks ago tonight my dad died while sleeping on my living room couch. The next morning I found him. He was only 43 years old and seemingly very healthy. This is the first person close to me who has died unexpectedly in my life, and it is very hard. However, I know my dad would want me to go on to be happy and successful, so I will honor him by trying to do that.

What I realize through all of this is that all we have control over is today. Did I love enough? Did I make a…

What I Want

There are so many things I am doing and want to do with my precious life. Here are a few things I'm currently up to and have planned to make happen. I hope this helps you to understand what I'm about:

I love business and creation. I'd like to run and own…

Law of Attraction is Working throughout the land.

Somethings will come to us, other things will go from us. But we must apply the principles of the LOA. Well, I suggest you start by ridding yourself of all negative thoughts and the forces that are contrary to the outcome you seek. You were created to be a success and to have all the good things in life. It was not the design nor the desire of the creator to have you struggling through life. You were given all the things you need for hope and prosperity. You must ask the questions of WHO…

Keeping a Journal Clears the Soul

There was a time when I was I always scribbling in a journal. The air was alive with the electricity of words. I devoured volumes of poetry like an addict trembling for a free verse fix. Reading Allen Ginsberg's poem "America" had changed my life. I had never known until then that poetry could express so much emotion and beauty. I was hooked. Sometimes I had to pull the car over on the side of the road because I was afraid to loose the words that were running through my mind at the speed of…

Big Business Balance?

Today I noticed a box of Bounce dryer sheets advertising on its label that it contained no perfumes or dyes, and I also took note of a bottle of Mazola cooking spray that contained no fat, no additives, and no silicone. With the creation of Whole Food Markets, The Balance Company, and others health and balance are no longer just niche markets for a counter culture. Healthy living is becoming a trend.

Obviously Mazola and other companies are taking notice of this. The world is…
